3. Creating a User Account on EducationMitra.in
The Website intends to protect your privacy provided by the user while creating a user account on the terms and conditions specified here. By accepting an account, you agree to:
Protect the confidentiality of your username and password
Accept all risk and responsibility for activity done under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Release EducationMitra.in from and against all liability arising out of such use

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Education Mitra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, including reliance on information provided through the platform.
11. Referral Program ("Refer & Earn")
Education Mitra's Referral Program lets registered partners ("Mitras") share a unique referral code, link, or QR code and earn rewards in EM Points when the people they refer register and go on to take admission. Participation in the Referral Program is governed by these Terms together with the Referral Program's own terms and conditions, available on the Referral Program page.
Anyone above 18 living in India — students, vendors, partners or individuals — can join, subject to Education Mitra's final referral program terms.
Mitras earn 100 EM Points when a referral registers using their code or link, and up to 10,000 EM Points more when that referral is confirmed for admission. Rewards are credited to the Mitra's wallet within 15 days of each event, and can be redeemed via bank transfer, UPI or Education Mitra vouchers once the wallet balance reaches 500 EM Points. Reward amounts, payout cycles, and redemption methods are as published on the Referral Program page and may be revised by Education Mitra from time to time.
No self-referrals: You can't refer yourself or use your own code to claim a reward.
Genuine referrals only: Fake, duplicate or spam sign-ups don't earn a reward and may lead to disqualification.
One account per person: Each Mitra may hold only one referral account and wallet.
Rewards can be withheld or reversed: Education Mitra may withhold, reverse or claw back EM Points for fraud, misuse or a cancelled admission.
Subject to final program terms: All referrals, rewards and redemptions are governed by the referral program's terms & conditions.
